Welcome! We can't wait to meet you! For your convenience we have online booking. Chances are you are reading this on your couch - we hope you are super comfy and eating so many good snacks! Not super tech savvy? Don't worry, give us a call and we'll help you out! Below we have our booking 101 to help you schedule your appointment with us.

Once your appointment day is here, yay!, you'll be greeted by a member of our team at the desk. Don't be fooled, we have two entrances. You can enter either and the desk is right in between both of them. We will take your jacket, bring you a refreshment and seat you in our lounge area until your stylist is ready for you.

​

Your stylist will have a consultation with you prior to starting your service. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long term plan to ensure all of your goals are met! We will talk about pricing as well, so you know what to expect. Don't forget to show your stylist any photos you have saved. Visuals are always welcomed.

​

If you are visiting us for a color service, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our data base. Got work to do while your color is processing? Bring your computer, we have wifi.

 

Your stylist will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared and extended styling lessons are always available if you want to learn easy DIY updo's or fun curling techniques.

 

We'll wrap up the visit by recommending our take home products to keep your style looking it's best. We will also schedule your next appointment at this time. Chances are we'll take your photo, don't worry, we won't show your face if you don't want.

Not new to the salon but trying a new stylist? We'll take the same steps to give you the best hair and experience. We encourage you to try another stylist if you feel you haven't found the right fit for you!
