Gratuity: Gratuity to stylists is accepted in cash, personal check made to the stylist, or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy: We require a credit or debit card to reserve all appointments. We have a 48 Hour cancellation policy. We ask kindly that if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to give us 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled the Same Day or No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After you are 15 minutes late, we consider you a No Show.
Payments: We accept cash and all major credit cards. There will be a $50.00 returned check fee.
Children: We cannot sensor our guests, so we ask that you use your judgement with bringing in children under the age of 10. Only children receiving a service are permitted in the building.
Redo Policy: If you feel there is an adjustment needed after the completion of your service, we ask that you kindly contact us by phone or email within 7 days. We will gladly help to accommodate you. If it is past the first week of having the service completed, we will not consider this a 're-do'.
Extension Specific:
We hope you love your new hair and we want it to last you as long as possible!! You will receive an extension care guide to help you best maintain your investment! Once you leave the salon, we cannot guarantee the integrity of your extensions if you do not follow these care tips.
