We have free parking! On street parking in front of The Plant or within the three lots located between Valley Street and Delaine St.

i want a hair painting service. how do i know what to schedule for?

With so many options it gets to be a bit overwhelming so click me! for a little placement guide. Don't worry we'll talk about all of this in our consultation and answer any questions you have!

online booking 

Online booking is just convenient right? So we have two options you can either book on the world wide web by clicking the book button or Mindbody has a handy dandy app. Your choice! 

policies 

Gratuity: Gratuity to stylist is accepted in cash or a personal check made to the stylist.


Cancellation Policy: We require a credit or debit card to reserve all appointments. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We ask kindly that if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to give us 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours or same day will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After you are  15 minutes late, we consider you a no show.


Payments: We accept cash and all major credit cards. There will be a $50.00 returned check fee.


Children's Haircuts: The Littles Haircut is $35 for ages 6-8. This does not include a wash or blow out. Ages 9+ should refer to hair cut pricing for appropriate booking. We ask kindly no children under the age of 6. Children not getting a service must be with an attendant. We cannot sensor our guests, so we ask that you use your judgement with bringing in children under the age of 12.


Redo Policy: If you feel there is an adjustment needed after the completion of your service, we ask that you kindly contact us by phone or email within 7 days. We will gladly help to accomodate you. If it is past the first week of having the service completed, we will not consider this a 're-do'.
 

Bridal Contracts: Bridal contracts must be returned completed and signed with a bridal deposit to hold the date of your wedding. No date is held unless we have received those mentioned items.

Your information is protected just like how it's protected by your bank. No charges are accrued unless failure to comply by our 48 hour cancellation policy.
