Gratuity: Gratuity to stylists is accepted in cash, personal check made to the stylist, or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy: We require a credit or debit card to reserve all appointments. We have a 48 Hour & Same Day cancellation policy. We ask kindly that if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to give us 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled the Same Day or No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After you are 15 minutes late, we consider you a No Show. To re-book after a No Show or Late Cancel, you must have a $0 balance and pay a 50% deposit of the upcoming service, to be applied the day of your appointment.
Payments: We accept cash,check, and all major credit cards. There will be a $50.00 returned check fee.
Children's Haircuts: We cannot sensor our guests, so we ask that you use your judgement with bringing in children under the age of 10. Only children receiving a service are permitted in the building. We do not have children's pricing, all clients are charged by the length of their hair - regardless of age or gender.
Redo Policy: If you feel there is an adjustment needed after the completion of your service, we ask that you kindly contact us by phone or email within 7 days. We will gladly help to accommodate you. If it is past the first week of having the service completed, we will not consider this a 're-do' and there will be a charge for the appointment. We do not offer refunds of any kind.

We have free parking in Providence. On street parking in front of The Plant or within the three lots located between Valley St. and Delaine St.
